Your "Private Access Line"
PAL is our free, telephone
banking service. You can access your account information from
the convenience and privacy of a touch-tone phone.
PAL allows you to conduct many
of your current banking activities right over the phone, at
anytime of the day or night.
- Check your current
checking, savings or loan account balances
- Transfer funds between
accounts and pay no transfer fee. (A Signed Application
Must Be On File.)
- Determine whether a check
or deposit has cleared
- Find out how much interest
you paid us or we paid you

Guide
Dial your PAL at (608)
251-6538 and you'll be guided through the
menu options. You'll
need to input your 8-9 digit deposit account numbers or your 6-7
digit loan account numbers as they appear on your bank
statement or loan payment coupons, so have them ready.
Your initial Personal
Identification Number is the last four digits of the primary
accountholder's social security number. For added protection,
you are encouraged to choose a customized 4 digit PIN, And don't
forget to press the # key after entering your account and PIN
numbers.
If you wish to speak to a bank
representative, press "0" during regular banking hours and your
call will be transferred to the lobby Operator. At anytime, you
can press the * key to return to the previous menu. And when
you're finished, simply hang up - it's that easy!
